I was able to get a couple of photos from Blue Angels and Thunderbirds flyover yesterday. I was able to maintain my distance from others and get some good photos with my Sony Camera.

During a 20 minute Hip Hop Peloton ride i heard the most hype song so far “down bottom” Ruffiders, Drag-On, Swiss Beats . Today was suppose to a light ride and turned into a Ruff ride.

I have had my Peloton for 11 days and I think I have use it 9 days. I thought that I was getting a decent workout on my own before, but I realize that in comparison I wasn’t. My abs and ribs are trying to come out and say hello again.

For the time being I have been sticking with 20 and 30 minute rides, I have only done one 45 minute ride. I have been sore so I have been trying to listen to my body and take off days and light days when needed.

Adjusting to quarantine and social distancing has lead to using technology to have game nights with friends. It has been nice together with people via GoToMeeting and playing games via screen share. Our favorites so far have been You Don’t Know Jack Full Stream and Drawful. Have fun everyone and stay safe !!
